Corten stakes are required to hold the landscape edging in place. You will need a stake every 30” or 3 stakes per edging strip. 14 GA stakes are used for easier installations such as grass or soil and 11 GA stakes are used for harder dirt and rock areas. The stakes should be a minimum of 4 inches longer than the width of the edging strips. Example a 6” edging would require a 10 inch minimum stake.
